Nine components of fitness
Health is a state of complete mental, physical and sociological well-being, and in terms of fitness is the ability, the individual, to face the demands of a physical task.

Basic fitness can be classified into four main components: strength, speed, endurance and flexibility. Nevertheless, sports scientists identified nine components that includes the definition of fitness:

- Local muscular endurance - the ability of a particular group of muscles you turn into a permanent job.
- Cardiovascular endurance - the ability of the heart to deliver blood to active muscles and their task to take it.
- Shiloh endurance - the ability of muscles to perform a maximum contraction at some continuity.
- Coordination - the ability to unite all the above components can be derived effective movements.
Of all nine components of fitness, cardio respiratory qualities are most important to develop as influencing the improvement of other components.
